Yes, this is because we’ve lived here with a US perspective. What I said in my DW interview was that DE says racism doesn’t exist. This is true because they refuse to take a racial census; if you’re not counted you don’t count, you don’t matter. This means we all have the same lived experience, equivalently your colorblind statements. Read my tolerance article which shows the nastiness of racial indifference. The idea of tolerance led to Hanau. It’s simple to see, but no one wants to see it.
